Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Must be the homeowner and occupant with title in your name – minimum of three years prior to application.
- Residence must be single family dwelling.

If you live in Lake County and are age 60 or older, you may be eligible for assistance with emergency home repairs or modifications that contribute to the health and safety of your home.
