As an owner and manager of both commercial and residential properties, Western Reserve Community Development Corporation operates several different programs to meet the needs of its clientele. Under the commercial property management program, Western Reserve leases facilities to other non-profit agencies. Presently, we have two commercial tenants, Extended Housing and Senior Independence.
