Western Reserve Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) that builds and rehabilitates affordable housing. Since 1998, we have developed several single family homes with the intention of making the dream of owning a home a reality for numerous families with limited incomes. In addition, the organization also renovates homes and performs emergency repairs and housing rehabilitations for low-income homeowners who cannot afford to complete the repairs themselves.
