Western Reserve Community Development Corp. offers home buyer classes the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month as follows:

Class time for the 1st Wednesday of the month is 1-4pm.
Class time for the 3rd Wednesday of the month is 1-4pm.

Total costs of classes are $75 per person/family

Classes offered are:

1. Predatory Lending
2. Consumer Credit Counseling
3. Home Maintenance

Certificates will be issued for each class attended.

Class size is limited and can be canceled at the discretion of Western Reserve Community Development Corp.

All attendees must register at least one day prior to the class.

Please be on time and bring materials to take notes.
